The queue is
already often we encounter in everyday life. A long queue can be detrimental to
the time patients will take drugs. for the sake of retaining customers feel
comfortable while queuing, clinics must provide the best playanan to its
customers. then the clinic requires a queue system quickly and effectively. but
the problem is there will be additional costs to add new facilities.
The purpose of
writing this is to analyze scientific queues that occur at then rawatembaga
subdistrict of West Jakarta and to determine the exact number of counters is
good for patients or clinics rawatembaga subdistrict of West Jakarta. the
existence of the queue undertaken would improve customer satisfaction is
therefore a system queue can be designed more efficiently by using the theory
of queues.
Based on the
results of the calculations have been done using the method of single phase
multi chanel then it can be inferred that with operte 2buah loket already quite
adequate and optimal for health centers to serve the purposes of copper swamp
treatment community, but it would be nice to be able to serve more communities
with optimum it is necessary on add 1 piece of fruit into 3 counters counter
